Who We Are
VIP Housing and Properties is the authorized marketing and sales partner for VIP Viruksham — DTCP & RERA approved villa plots at the VGN Viruksham layout, spread over 15.66 acres directly opposite Mahindra World City, Singaperumal Koil, Chengalpattu district. We are not the land developer; the layout itself is approved and registered under VGN Viruksham (DTCP Approval No. 94/2025, RERA Reg. No. TNRERA/35/LO/0930/2026), held by VGN Infrastructure Private Limited and VGN Enterprises Private Limited as the registered promoters. Alongside our marketing role, we have also executed key on-ground site infrastructure — including Black Top internal roads, 3 Phase EB (Electricity Board) power connection, and site sign boards. Our role is to represent these plots to buyers, arrange site visits, assist with bank loan documentation, and support you through registration.
We believe buyers make better decisions with full information — which is why every page on this site states the exact DTCP and RERA numbers, and why we actively encourage you to verify them independently with Tamil Nadu government portals rather than take our word for it.
What We Do
